Power Run: Unleashing my Inner Beast



Today I was supposed to do 6 miles. Instead I opted to do one of my Crazy runs. 

What I discovered was I really miss my Animal Flow workouts.

2.5 Mile Animal Flow Workout:
I know you're probably thinking why? Well, for one it's a lot of fun and two the benefits are unbelievable.
