Dopey Challenge Survival Skill #1 - Commit to WOD

Dopey Challenge WOD #1

If small changes can make a BIG difference then committing to my cross training schedule will produce great results! 

Week #3 and I haven't been able to do my cross training days . NOT today! This morning I made sure I carved out time to complete my full body compound cardio workout. 

From now on I my mantra will be; EVERY DAY COUNTS!

I will do my best to keep away any thoughts that will steer me away from completing my exercise goal.
