| I can never resist the call of a trail. |
Today's run was a pleasant surprise for my Dopey cohort and I. Since we both had lots to do this morning we decided a quick 4 - 5 mile jog would be about all we could do. Little did we know our route would take us to this beauty!
A beautiful trail right in the heart of Kendall. Needless to say we were in heaven! The main trail takes it's traveler's to the parks outskirts. But, as you run along the grassy terrain, look really closely, because you don't want to miss the secret entrance to Oz.
When all was said and done, we were able to complete 1.5 miles of canopy covered dirt. We would have loved to explore more but time was of the essence and we had to get back to reality.
We finished our run with great big grins, feeling re-energized and ready for the day ahead.
